Women’s (and Gender) Studies Graduate Certificate

What will a Women’s Studies graduate certificate do for you? The Women’s Studies certificate curriculum is designed to develop broadly applicable skills that will enrich your degree program or job through a heightened understanding of the social and cultural context of your particular field of study as it relates to issues of women and gender. The Women’s Studies program seeks to create an intentional community, providing students with a safe, nurturing environment for personal and intellectual growth and for the development of critical and political perspectives and awareness. From business to journalism to education, our program participants will develop greater skills, which will allow them to focus on the intersections of multiple societal concerns impacting women and gender identities and to effect large-scale change in the world.
